Justice for South Africa and the Seed of His Promise Justice for South Africa and the Seed of His Promise
THE FOLLOWING CASE WAS BROUGHT BEFORE THE COURTS OF HEAVEN, BEFORE THE COUNCIL AND PANEL, ON THE 16th OF MAY 2025.
PETITIONERS:
• SOUTH AFRICA (also referred to by some as modern-day Egypt)
– Population: Approximately 60 million people
• PEOPLE OF DUTCH AND FRENCH HUGUENOT DESCENT
(Also known as Boers, Afrikaners, or Farmers)
– Estimated population: about 3 million
– Direct descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob
RESPONDENTS:
• CYRIL RAMAPHOSA – President of South Africa since 2018
• JULIUS MALEMA – Founder and leader of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), a radical communist political party known for its red berets and military-style uniforms
• JACOB ZUMA – Former President of South Africa (2009–2018); now leading the MK Party (uMkhonto weSizwe, meaning “Spear of the Nation” in Zulu)
• The AFRICAN NATIONAL CONGRESS (ANC) - is a political party in South Africa
• ALL OTHER POLITICAL PARTIES
EVIDENCE PRESENTED IN THE CASE INVOLVED:
• CYRIL RAMAPHOSA: The ANC and Ramaphosa’s 1994 plan for the whites: “In his brutal honesty, Ramaphosa told me of the ANC’s 25-year strategy to deal with the whites: it would be like boiling a frog alive, which is done by raising the temperature very slowly. Being cold-blooded, the frog does not notice the slow temperature increase, but if the temperature is raised suddenly, the frog will jump out of the water. He meant that the black majority would pass laws transferring wealth, land, and economic power from white to black slowly and incrementally, until the whites lost all they had gained in South Africa, but without taking too much from them at any given time to cause them to rebel or fight. • JULIUS MALEMA – Inciting hatred, death, and destruction through his repeated use of the chant "Kill the Boer, Kill the Farmer,” which has fuelled violent farm attacks across the nation. Despite the dangerous implications, the Supreme Court of Appeal ruled that this is not classified as hate speech.
• JACOB ZUMA – You know the deceit, arrogance, and pride in his heart. He is part of the Zulu nation, which historically carried out brutal acts against Your people.
• AFRICAN NATIONAL CONGRESS (ANC)
- THE EXPROPRIATION BILL (EXPROPRIATION ACT, 2024) – Recently enacted, allowing the state to seize land, directly targeting property rights without fair compensation.
- ABOUT 142 RACE-BASED LAWS – Implemented by the ruling party, these laws are designed to discriminate against Your people, systematically disadvantaging them through legislation under the guise of transformation.
- BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT (BEE) – A policy that disproportionately burdens a small segment of the population. Out of 60 million people in South Africa, BEE is imposed on approximately 4 million white South Africans, despite the government’s own failure to create jobs or build an inclusive economy. The mathematics—and the justice—do not add up.
- FAILURE TO ADDRESS CORRUPTION – There has been a consistent failure to hold individuals accountable for widespread corruption within state-owned enterprises and across many municipalities in South Africa.
- ERASURE OF HISTORY – The renaming of towns and streets is a deliberate effort to strip Afrikaners of their historical and cultural identity.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. REGARDING SOUTH AFRICA'S DEMOGRAPHIC DIVIDE: A NATION AT A CROSSROADS:
In 1994, South Africa had a population of roughly 44 million, with about 5 million white citizens. Today, the population has grown to around 60 million, but the white population has declined to about 4 million, subject to BEE (Black Economic Empowerment).
2. A HISTORY WRITTEN IN FIRE: THE PERSECUTION OF THE BOER, AFRIKANER, AND FARMER
Summary: From the 1600s to today, the people of French Huguenot and Dutch descent—Boers, Afrikaners, and farmers—have endured generations of persecution, oppression, and death.
• 1600s – The Roman Catholic Church in Europe persecuted the Huguenots for speaking the truth and refusing to conform. Many were killed. The survivors fled, eventually settling in South Africa.
• 1800s – In events like the Weenen Massacre, Zulu warriors slaughtered entire Voortrekker families with shocking brutality: “Not a soul was spared. Old men, women, and babies were murdered in the most brutal manner.” Similarly, Piet Retief and his delegation were massacred, followed by the killing of approximately 100 Voortrekkers—an act of betrayal and extreme violence.
• 1800s – When the British discovered diamonds and gold on South African soil, they launched a brutal campaign against the Boers. Farms were burned, and women and children were forced into concentration camps—thousands died. To this day, Britain has never apologized for these atrocities. It's also important to note: it was the British who laid the groundwork for apartheid, not the Boers.
• Today – Persecution continues.
